Terms and Conditions
- Membership of the Friends of the Festival scheme is for 12 months from the month of application.
- Joint membership is for two people living at one address.
- Friends of the festival are entitled to priority booking for programmed events at Cambridge Wordfest for themselves and one guest. Joint members can bring one guest each. Tickets are subject to availability.
- Best Friends of the festival are entitled to priority booking and ticket discounts during the priority booking period for programmed events at Cambridge Wordfest. Tickets can be purchased for themselves and one guest. Tickets are subject to availability.
- Cambridge Wordfest reserves the right not to offer tickets discounts on certain other Wordfest events.
- Cambridge Wordfest reserves the right to refuse or terminate a membership of the Friends of the Festival scheme at any time.
- Friends of the Festival names and contact details will be stored on a database so that Cambridge Wordfest can send you information and offers relating to membership. Your data will not be shared with anyone else.
- Please allow 10 working days for application processing. However, in the run-up to the festival, priority booking will be available to new members within one working day of receipt of an application.
