Cambridge Wordfest Spring 2011

Spring is just around the corner and we can’t promise you tulips from Amsterdam but we can promise you our biggest and best festival yet.

Headline events for 2011 include: Dawn French on A Tiny Bit Marvellous, Ian McEwan with Sam Harris on morality and religion, Antonia Fraser on her life and marriage, Roger McGough at his wittiest best, Michael Frayn on his father, Simon Armitage at his poetic peak, Celia Imrie on acting, Arlene Phillips on the spectacle of dance, Colin Thubron on Tibet, PD James on crime and Maggi Hambling on her career and the controversial Aldeburgh Scallop. Full information will begin to appear on the website over the next few weeks.

The spring festival takes place on 15/16/17 April and the box office opens on Friday 4th March.
